Individual entrepreneur Yaneva Kateryna Stepanivna, taxpayer registration card number 3202714947, location: 68251, Odesa region, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, Kamchyk village, Myra st., building. 232, acting on the basis of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations dated May 22, 2025 No. 448557852068, a single tax payer of the second group (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cContractor\u201d), on the one hand, and any legal entity and\/or individual entrepreneur having the status of a single tax payer, any individual, or their authorized representatives who accepted (accentuated) this proposal (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cCustomer\u201d), on the other hand, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cParties\u201d, and each individually as the \u201cParty\u201d, in accordance with the provisions of Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, have concluded this Agreement<\/span> on the provision of hotel services (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), addressed to an unlimited number of persons, which is an official public offer of the Contractor to conclude an Agreement with any Customer on the following terms.<\/span><\/p>\n 1. General provisions<\/b><\/p>\n 1.1. This Agreement is concluded by providing the Customer's full and unconditional consent (acceptance) to conclude the Agreement, without signing a written copy of the Agreement by the Parties.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.2. The Agreement has legal force in accordance with the provisions of Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and is equivalent to the Agreement signed by the Parties.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.3. The Customer confirms the fact of familiarization with and agreement with all the terms of this Agreement in full by acceptance.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.4. By concluding this Agreement, the Customer automatically agrees to full and unconditional acceptance of the provisions of this Agreement, prices for services and all annexes that are integral parts of the Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n 2. Definition of terms<\/b><\/p>\n 2.1. Spatium Medical and Wellness Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cHotel\u201d) is a complex of premises located at the following address: <\/span>Arcadia Alley 1<\/span>, which contain rooms consisting of one or more furnished rooms equipped for temporary residence; restaurant establishments, medical institutions, premises for physical education and sports; premises intended for recreation; sanitary, auxiliary and service premises, as well as public places.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.2. Hotel representatives are legal entities or individual entrepreneurs who carry out their economic (entrepreneurial) activities on the territory of the Hotel and provide hotel and other services to the Customer (Clients).<\/span><\/p>\n 2.3. Customer \u2013 any legal entity and\/or individual entrepreneur with the status of a single tax payer, any individual who orders (bookes) hotel services at the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.4. The Hotel's website is an official web page on the Internet at the address: https:\/\/spatiumhotel.com.ua\/, which is one of the main sources of information for Customers (Clients).<\/span><\/p>\n 2.5. A Client is any natural person who personally, or for whom the Customer makes a reservation (orders) for hotel services and who receives hotel services at the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.6. A group of clients is a certain number of individuals who personally or for whom the Customer makes a reservation (orders) for hotel services, who arrive at the Hotel at the same time and receive hotel services at the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.7. Hotel services - actions (operations) of the Contractor to accommodate the Customer (Client and\/or Group of Clients) by providing a room (place) for temporary accommodation in a hotel, as well as other activities related to accommodation and temporary accommodation.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.8. Room \u2013 a separate furnished room consisting of one or more rooms equipped for temporary residence (accommodation).<\/span><\/p>\n 2.9. Place (bed-place) \u2013 part of the room area with a bed, bed linen, towels and other equipment, intended and suitable for accommodation by one person.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.10. Reservation \u2013 the process of ordering hotel services by the Customer from the Contractor in a certain volume, with the aim of using the services within the agreed time frame by the Customer or a Group of Customers.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.11. Arrival date<\/span> – <\/b>date of arrival of the Client or Group of Clients to the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.12. Check-out date \u2013 the date of departure of the Client or Group of Clients from the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.13. Estimated hour<\/span> – <\/b>the hour set by the Hotel at which the Client or Group of Clients must vacate the room\/rooms on the day of departure.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.14. Settlement time<\/span> \u2013 the hour set at the Hotel for check-in without additional payment.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.15. Early check-in<\/span> \u2013 arrival of the Client or Group of Clients to the Hotel before the check-in time.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.16. Late check-out<\/span> – <\/b>departure of the Client or Group of Clients from the Hotel after the check-out time.<\/span><\/p>\n 3. Subject of the Agreement<\/b><\/p>\n 3.1. Under this Agreement, the Customer reserves rooms (places) in the Hotel for accommodation of the Client and\/or Group of Clients, and makes payment (guarantees payment) for the reserved rooms (places), and the Contractor provides the Client and\/or Group of Clients specified by the Customer with hotel services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.2. Reservation of rooms (places) in the Hotel is carried out on the basis of information provided by the Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.3. The payment procedure and cost of hotel services provided by the Contractor are indicated on the Hotel's website.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.4. Check-in time at the Hotel is 2:00 PM.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.5. Check-out time at the Hotel is 12:00.<\/span><\/p>\n 4. Procedure for concluding the Agreement<\/b><\/p>\n 4.1. The Contractor's placement of the text of this Agreement on the Hotel Website is an offer of the Contractor to any legal entity and\/or individual entrepreneur who has the status of a single tax payer, any individual, to conclude an Agreement on the terms set forth in its text. The Agreement is concluded by the Customer's full, unconditional and unreserved acceptance of all the terms set forth in the text of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.2. The moment of conclusion of the Agreement is considered the reservation by the Customer of a room (place) in the Hotel and\/or payment for hotel services and\/or <\/span>direct use of hotel services (accommodation)<\/span>From this moment on, the Customer (Client) is a party to the Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.3. The Customer states and reports that at the time of concluding this Agreement, he was aware and is aware of the significance of his actions and could (can) control them; understands the nature of this transaction, his rights and obligations under this Agreement; when concluding the Agreement, there is no deception or other concealment of facts that would be of significant importance and were deliberately concealed by him as a Party to the Agreement; the Agreement is concluded by him in accordance with his true will, without any application of physical or mental pressure; the Agreement is concluded on terms favorable to him and is not the result of the influence of difficult circumstances; the transaction is made with the intention of creating relevant legal consequences (is not fictitious); this transaction does not conceal another transaction (is not feigned); speaks the Ukrainian language, which enables him to read this Agreement and correctly understand its essence and legal consequences.<\/span><\/p>\n 5. Rights and obligations of the Parties<\/b><\/p>\n 5.1 The Contractor is obliged to:<\/span><\/p>\n 5.1.1. Accept, process and confirm, subject to the possibility of providing the relevant services, received booking orders.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.1.2. After the Customer has made a reservation for a room (place) at the Hotel, a confirmation of the reservation of a room (place) at the Hotel will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.1.3. Provide the Client (Group of Clients) specified by the Customer with high-quality and full hotel services, in accordance with the type of accommodation facility selected by the Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.1.4. <\/span>Inform Clients about additional services provided at the Hotel and the form and procedure for their payment.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.1.5. To take timely measures to eliminate breakdowns and accidents in the Hotel rooms as soon as possible, and in the event that it is impossible to eliminate the accident or breakdown in the room as soon as possible, to provide the Client with another room of a category not lower than that agreed upon on the day of arrival.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.2. The Contractor has the right:<\/span><\/p>\n 5.2.1. Require the Customer (Client) to comply with all requirements of this Agreement, the Rules for the Use of Hotels and Similar Facilities for Accommodation and Provision of Hotel Services, and the Rules for Accommodation at the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.2.2. Refuse to provide hotel services to the Client ((Group of Clients) in the event that they do not have identification documents, as well as in the presence of incorrectly executed or invalid documents; in <\/span>failure to pay for services in accordance with the established procedure and\/or in the required amount, as well as if the Client shows signs of alcohol, drug or other intoxication; commits actions that are indicative of a violation of public order and peace of citizens and\/or an insult to human dignity and public morality.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.2.3. Visit the Client's room to clean, change linen, check water supply and drainage systems, air conditioning, electrical appliances or eliminate deficiencies in their operation, as well as in the event of the Client's violation of the Rules for the use of hotels and similar accommodation facilities and the provision of hotel services, <\/span>Hotel rules <\/span>and the terms and conditions of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.2.4. To terminate this Agreement early and evict the Client from the Hotel if the Client repeatedly violates the Rules of Accommodation at the Hotel, which leads or may lead to material damage or creates inconvenience for the accommodation of other Clients, and\/or the Client commits actions that result in damage to property belonging to the Contractor and\/or the Hotel and\/or the Hotel Representatives and\/or other Clients.<\/span><\/p>\n In this case, after deducting the cost of the services provided, as well as the cost of material damages caused by the Client or his guest, the balance of the previously made payment is returned to the Client.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.2.5. To demand compensation from the Client for material damage caused by him or his guest to the Contractor or the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.2.6. Limit the use of any Hotel premises for preventive, routine, repair and other work.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.2.7. Carry out video surveillance in the Hotel premises <\/span>(except for rooms and toilets), public areas <\/span>and the surrounding area, as well as video and audio recording of the actions of employees, Customers (Clients), without additional consent from the latter (taking into account moral and ethical norms). <\/span>Video surveillance is carried out for the purpose of ensuring the safety of Clients, their property, and the Hotel's property. <\/span>The results of video and audio recording are used by the Contractor in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine (including as evidence in any disputed issues).<\/span><\/p>\n 5.2.8. Unilaterally, at any time and at its discretion, make changes to this Agreement and the Rules of Stay at the Hotel. Such changes shall come into force from the moment the changed text is posted on the Hotel Website.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.3. The Customer (Client) is obliged to:<\/span><\/p>\n 5.3.1. Unconditionally comply with the terms and conditions <\/span>this Agreement, the requirements of the Rules for the use of hotels and similar accommodation facilities and the provision of hotel services, and the Rules for staying at the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.3.2. To make timely and full payment for reserved rooms (places) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.3.3. Pay penalties in the amount and in the cases specified in this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.3.4. While on the territory of the Hotel, behave in accordance with the rules of public order<\/span>, <\/span>not to disturb others <\/span>Hotel clients and not to create inconvenience for their stay, to comply with moral and ethical norms and rules <\/span>culture of communication, <\/span>yes no <\/span>create uncomfortable conditions for other Clients and employees of the Contractor and\/or Hotel staff<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.3.5. While staying on the territory of the Hotel, observe cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation rules, fire safety rules, as well as safe, rational (economical) <\/span>use of electrical appliances, equipment and facilities of the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.3.6. Treat the property of the Contractor and the Hotel with care and attention.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.3.7. Independently monitor your belongings and do not leave them unattended.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.3.8. Be responsible for damage caused to the property of the Contractor, the Hotel, the property of third parties, and also be responsible for their actions and the actions of their guests during their visit to the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.4. The Customer (Client) has the right:<\/span><\/p>\n 5.4.1. Cancel the booked hotel services or reduce the number of booked rooms (places) without penalties no later than 2 (two) days before the date of arrival of the Client (Group of Clients) at the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.4.2. Use hotel services and additional services in the manner specified in this Agreement and in the Rules of Accommodation at the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.4.3. Receive complete and reliable information regarding the main hotel services and additional services provided at the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.4.4. Contact the Contractor's employees regarding the quality of hotel services, provide your complaints, feedback and suggestions.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.4.5. Require the Contractor to perform its obligations under this Agreement in a high-quality and complete manner.<\/span><\/p>\n 6. Cost of services and payment procedure<\/b><\/p>\n 6.1. The Contractor provides the Client (Group of Clients) with basic services included in the accommodation price and additional services provided for a separate fee. <\/span>The services provided by the Contractor and their cost are indicated on the Hotel Website, at the reception and in the Hotel rooms.<\/span><\/p>\n 6.2. Payment for the Contractor's services is made in hryvnia both in non-cash form, by transferring funds to the Contractor's bank account, and in cash.<\/span><\/p>\n 6.3. The Contractor's services can be paid for both by the Customer when making a reservation and by the Client when checking into the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n 6.4. When a Client (Group of Clients) arrives at the Hotel before 06:00 (six) in the morning, if there are free rooms of the requested category, early arrival is paid additionally in the amount of 100 % (one hundred percent) of the confirmed rate, after 06:00 (six) in the morning an additional fee of 50 % (fifty percent) of the confirmed rate is paid.<\/span><\/p>\n 6.5. When the Client (Group of Clients) leaves the Hotel before 18:00 (eighteenth) hours, late departure is paid additionally in the amount of 50 % (fifty percent) of the confirmed rate, after 18:00 (eighteenth) hours, an additional fee of 100 % (one hundred percent) of the confirmed rate is paid.<\/span><\/p>\n 6.6. In the event of cancellation by the Customer of the booked hotel services no later than 2 (two) days before the date of arrival of the Customer (Group of Customers) at the Hotel, the Contractor shall refund to the Customer the full cost of the hotel services paid by the Customer by transferring funds to the Customer's bank account within 5 (five) business days from the date of cancellation of the reservation.<\/span><\/p>\n 6.7. In case of cancellation by the Customer of the booked hotel services later than 2 (two) days before the date of arrival of the Client (Group of Clients) at the Hotel, the Contractor shall return to the Customer the cost of the hotel services paid by the Customer, withholding penalties in the amount of the daily cost of the booked hotel services. After withholding penalties, the remaining funds from the hotel services paid by the Customer shall be returned to the Customer by transferring funds to the Customer's bank account within 5 (five) business days from the date of cancellation of the application.<\/span><\/p>\n 6.8. Accommodation of the Customer and\/or Client (Group of Clients) beyond the reservation period, regardless of its reasons (including due to early arrival, later departure), as well as accommodation of the Client (Group of Clients) who arrived without prior reservation is carried out subject to the availability of available rooms (places).<\/span><\/p>\n 7. Hotel booking<\/b><\/p>\n 7.1. Reservations are made by the Customer on the Hotel Website and\/or by telephone numbers and\/or by e-mail addresses, information about which is posted on the Hotel Website, and\/or using other websites for booking hotel services.<\/span><\/p>\n 7.2. After the Customer makes a reservation for a room (place) at the Hotel, the Contractor sends a confirmation of the reservation of a room (place) at the Hotel to the e-mail address specified by the Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n Booking options:<\/span><\/p>\n \u2013 guaranteed booking, upon payment of 100 % of the cost of hotel services for the entire period of stay when booking;<\/span><\/p>\n \u2013 non-guaranteed booking, when paying for hotel services upon check-in at the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n In case of non-guaranteed booking, the Contractor has the right to refuse the Client (Group of Clients) accommodation in the absence of <\/span>available rooms (places) <\/span>in Hotels <\/span>on the date of settlement of the Client (Group of Clients).<\/span><\/p>\n 7.3. A<\/span>The Customer may cancel the hotel services booked or change the number of rooms (places) booked without paying penalties no later than 2 (two) days before the scheduled arrival date, otherwise the Customer will pay a penalty in the amount of the daily rate. <\/span>booked hotel services.<\/span><\/p>\n 7.4. <\/span>If the Client (Group of Clients) with a guaranteed reservation did not use the hotel services on the scheduled day of arrival and did not cancel the reservation 2 (two) days before the scheduled day of arrival, the Customer shall pay a penalty in the amount of the daily cost of the booked hotel services.<\/span><\/p>\n 7.5. Early check-in and\/or late check-out are possible only by prior arrangement with the Hotel administration and for an additional fee.<\/span><\/p>\n 7.6. In case of non-guaranteed booking, if the Customer does not indicate the exact time of arrival, the booking may be canceled at the discretion of the Contractor at 6:00 PM local time on the day of arrival.<\/span><\/p>\n 8. Responsibility of the Parties<\/b><\/p>\n 8.1. For violation of the terms of this Agreement, the Parties shall bear liability established by this Agreement and the current legislation of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n 8.2. Clients are fully responsible for any material damage caused by them to the Contractor, the Hotel, the Hotel Representatives and\/or third parties and undertake to compensate for it in full. <\/span>In the event of loss or damage due to the Client to property (including towels, bathrobes, dishes, furniture, various inventory, etc.) located on the territory of the Hotel, the Client is obliged, within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of such loss and\/or damage, but no later than the date of eviction from the Hotel, to compensate for the damage, the amount of which is determined in accordance with the prices indicated on the information stands, in the consumer corner, menu, price lists, price lists, other information documentation of the Hotel, and\/or on the Hotel Website, and in the absence of such prices, at the market value of the lost or damaged property.<\/span><\/p>\n 8.3. If the Contractor is unable to provide the Client with the booked hotel services upon guaranteed booking (excluding the influence of <\/span>force majeure circumstances (force majeure)<\/span>, The Contractor is obliged to accommodate the Client in another hotel located in the given area, which provides services of equal or higher quality. Additional costs incurred in this connection shall be covered by the Contractor.<\/span><\/p>\n 8.4. The Client, upon discovering deficiencies in the service provided or non-conformity of the service, has the right to demand that the deficiencies be eliminated free of charge and within the period specified by the Parties.<\/span><\/p>\n 8.5. The Contractor must take measures to eliminate the shortcomings of the service provided as soon as possible from the moment the Client submits a relevant request.<\/span><\/p>\n 8.6. The Contractor is not liable for deficiencies in the services provided if it proves that they arose through the fault of the Client (the Client's guest) or as a result of force majeure.<\/span><\/p>\n 8.7. The Contractor is responsible for the safety of the Clients' belongings located in the room provided for accommodation, except for valuables (money, jewelry, securities, electronic gadgets, devices, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n 8.8. The Contractor is not responsible for money, jewelry, securities, electronic gadgets, devices, etc. that were left in the room, lost on the territory of the Hotel, or their disappearance for any reason.<\/span><\/p>\n 8.9. In case of loss or damage to an item, the Client must immediately notify the Hotel administration. If the Client has not notified the Hotel administration of the loss or damage to an item before the end of the stay, it is considered that his items were not lost or damaged during the fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n 8.10. In case of discovery of items forgotten by the Client, the Contractor is obliged to immediately notify the owner of the items, if known. Forgotten items are stored at the Hotel for 6 (six) months, after which they are destroyed, and a corresponding act is drawn up.<\/span><\/p>\n 8.11. In the event of significant material damage to the Hotel due to the fault or negligence of the Clients and\/or their guests, resulting in<\/span> In case of a room being idle due to the need to carry out repairs, replace furniture and\/or other property, a corresponding act is drawn up. In such a case, in addition to compensation for damages, the Client must reimburse the Contractor for the costs associated with the room being idle during repairs, replace furniture and\/or other property, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n 9. Force majeure circumstances<\/b><\/p>\n 9.1. The Contractor is exempt from liability for full or partial failure to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement if such failure was a result of force majeure circumstances (force majeure circumstances) that arose after the conclusion of this Agreement and which the Parties could neither foresee nor prevent by reasonable measures.<\/span><\/p>\n 9.2. Force majeure circumstances (force majeure circumstances) are extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances that objectively make it impossible to fulfill obligations stipulated by the terms of a contract (contract, agreement, etc.), obligations under legislative and other regulatory acts, namely: threat of war, armed conflict or serious threat of such a conflict, including but not limited to enemy attacks, blockades, military embargoes, actions of a foreign enemy, general military mobilization, military actions, declared and undeclared war, actions of a public enemy, riots, acts of terrorism, sabotage, piracy, disorders, invasion, blockade, revolution, rebellion, uprising, mass unrest, introduction of a curfew, quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, expropriation, forced removal, seizure of enterprises, requisition, public demonstration, blockade, strike, accident, unlawful actions of third parties, fire, explosion, long interruptions in transport operations, regulated by the terms of relevant decisions and acts of state authorities, closure of sea straits, embargo, ban (restriction) of export\/import, etc., as well as those caused by exceptional weather conditions and natural disasters, namely: epidemic, severe storm, cyclone, hurricane, tornado, storm, flood, accumulation of snow, ice, hail, frost, freezing of the sea, straits, ports, passes, earthquake, lightning, fire, drought, subsidence and landslide, other natural disasters, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n 9.3. The Customer (Client) agrees that if the failure to provide services under this Agreement is caused by force majeure circumstances (force majeure circumstances), then in such case the funds paid for the services are not refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n 10. Personal data and information<\/b><\/p>\n 10.1. By concluding this Agreement, the Customer provides the Contractor with his personal data and\/or personal data of other persons (Clients). By providing such personal data, the Customer provides the Contractor with an indefinite, irrevocable, unambiguous and free consent to their processing in any way, including but not limited to, by collecting, accumulating, possessing, storing, adapting, changing, updating, using and distributing (distributing, selling, transferring), depersonalizing, and destroying such personal data. These actions can be carried out in the following ways: in documentary, electronic, or oral forms.<\/span><\/p>\n 10.2. The consent provided for in clause 10.1 of the Agreement is granted for the purpose of: conducting activities by the Contractor in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine; fulfilling the terms of this Agreement; exercising and protecting the rights of the Parties under this Agreement; performing other powers, functions, and duties of the Contractor that do not contradict the legislation of Ukraine and this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n 10.3. If the Customer provides the Contractor with personal data of other persons (Clients) when booking, the Customer hereby confirms that he has previously received from them the appropriate consent (permission) for the transfer to the Contractor, indefinite storage, use and processing of their data by the Contractor. The right to use and process personal data received from the Customer includes, among other things, the Contractor's right to send advertising materials to the received addresses, telephone numbers, via text message services (including SMS and MMS), push notifications, messages in mobile applications (applications), messengers and e-mail (e-mail).<\/span><\/p>\n 10.4. List of personal data to which the Buyer consents: surname, first name, patronymic; date of birth; gender; citizenship; mobile phone number; email address; data of the identity document (series, number, date of issue, name of the issuing authority, validity period, etc.); bank card data; dates of arrival and departure, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n 10.5. Without obtaining additional written consent and separate notification, the Customer and\/or Client grants the Contractor consent to distribute the Customer's and\/or Client's personal data, transfer them to third parties, including outside Ukraine, to foreign entities, or provide access to them to third parties, in particular:<\/span><\/p>\n \u2013 to ensure that third parties perform their functions or provide services to the Contractor, in particular<\/span> k<\/span>to supervisory, law enforcement, judicial bodies, executive and local government bodies, other state bodies; auditors, insurance companies, intermediaries, appraisers, and other persons, if such functions and services relate to the activities of the Contractor;<\/span><\/p>\n \u2013 upon the occurrence of grounds for transferring commercial secrets to third parties in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine or in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;<\/span><\/p>\n \u2013 persons who provide the Contractor with services for organizing postal items, telephone calls, sending SMS messages, sending information by e-mail regarding the execution of the Agreement, information, advertising messages and offers regarding the services of the Contractor and\/or its partners;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u2013 persons who provide the Contractor with services for storing client documents, creating and storing their electronic copies (archives, databases), as well as persons who provide services\/ensure other activities of the Contractor that do not contradict the legislation of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n 10.6. The Customer and\/or Client certifies that he has been duly and fully informed about the composition and content of his personal data collected by the Contractor, about the purpose of collecting his personal data and about the persons to whom his personal data is transferred, and has also been informed about his rights defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". The Customer and\/or Client is informed that on the Hotel Website it is possible to familiarize himself with this Agreement and the rights of personal data subjects defined by it, provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".<\/span><\/p>\n 10.7. In order to exercise the rights of the parties under this Agreement, the Customer and\/or Client provide the Contractor with consent to audio recording\/recording of telephone conversations of the Customer and\/or Client with the Contractor and\/or the Contractor's employees, photo\/video shooting in the Hotel premises (except for rooms and toilets) and common areas and the adjacent territory, as well as consent to the Contractor's use of the results of recordings\/shootings (video and audio recording), including as evidence in any disputed issues.<\/span><\/p>\n 10.8. Being aware of the scope and nature of the Contractor's obligations regarding the storage of bank card details (data), the Customer and\/or Client also gives the Contractor consent to store information about them that became known to the Contractor in the process of fulfilling the terms of the Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n 10.9. By giving the Contractor consent to the above conditions, the Customer and\/or Client understands and agrees that the transfer of banking or commercial secrets, other information with limited access and\/or the processing of personal data of the Customer and\/or Client may be carried out, in particular, using various means of communication, the Internet, as well as by third parties, including outside Ukraine and\/or foreign subjects of relations related to personal data. The Customer and\/or Client understands that information sent (transmitted) in this way may become available to third parties, and releases the Contractor from any liability related to this.<\/span><\/p>\n
