The Privacy Policy applies to the Hotel Website and concerns the individual entrepreneur Yaneva Kateryna Stepanivna, taxpayer registration card number 3202714947, location: 68251, Odesa region, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, Kamchyk village, Myra st., building 232, operating on the basis of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations dated May 22, 2025 No. 448557852068, and has the status of a single tax payer of the second group.

The Privacy Policy establishes the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the Hotel Website.

Booking and/or paying for services using the Hotel Website means the User's agreement with this privacy policy, and is also confirmation that the User gives his consent to the processing of his personal data.

If the User disagrees with the terms of this policy, the User must stop using the Hotel Website.

This privacy policy applies only to the Hotel Website; it does not apply to other websites to which the User may access via links available on the Hotel Website.

Definition of terms

Spatium Medical and Wellness Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”) is a complex of premises located at: Arkadiyskaya Alley 1, which includes rooms consisting of one or more furnished rooms equipped for temporary residence; restaurant establishments, medical institutions, premises for physical education and sports; premises intended for recreation; sanitary, auxiliary and service premises, as well as public areas.

Hotel representatives are legal entities or individual entrepreneurs who carry out their economic (business) activities on the territory of the Hotel and provide hotel and other services.

The Hotel's website is the official web page on the Internet at the address: https://spatiumhotel.com.ua/ , which is one of the main sources of information for the User.

User – any natural person who has ever accessed the Hotel Website and has reached the age of consent.

Third party – any person, except for the subject of personal data, the owner or manager of the personal data base and the authorized body for personal data protection, to whom the owner or manager of the personal data base transfers personal data.

Personal data – information or a set of information about a User who is identified or can be specifically identified.

Processing of personal data – any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and dissemination (dissemination, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including using information (automated) systems.

Processing of personal data

When booking hotel services or paying for hotel services using the Hotel Website, the Hotel requests personal data from the User, including: last name, first name, patronymic; date of birth; gender; citizenship; mobile phone number; email address; data of the identity document (series, number, date of issue, name of the issuing authority, its validity period, etc.); bank card data; dates of arrival and departure, as well as the User's preferences when settling in the Hotel, any other information that the User voluntarily leaves on the Hotel Website.

Failure by the User to provide the specified data makes it impossible to make a reservation and provide hotel services.

The processing of personal data is carried out based on the information provided directly by the User. If the User makes a reservation for services and/or makes a payment on behalf of or in the interests of third parties, the information provided by the User regarding the personal data of these third parties is processed by the Hotel under the same conditions and in the same manner as the processing of the User's personal data. By providing personal data of third parties, the User confirms that the third party is familiar with these conditions and understands their consequences, and also provides unconditional, full and unambiguous consent to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If, when booking hotel services, the User chooses the method of payment by bank card or guaranteeing the reservation by bank card, the Hotel requests the User's bank card details for the purpose of making a prepayment, payment or for the purpose of guaranteeing the arrival of a third party in whose interests the booking is made. The User is invited to enter the bank card details (card type, bank card number, СVC2 / CVV2 code, card expiration date, card holder's name).

Purpose of processing personal data

All personal data is necessary for the formation and registration of reservations for rooms and additional services at the accommodation facility selected by the User, as well as for making a prepayment or full payment for the reserved rooms and additional services (if you choose the payment method of a bank card or guaranteeing the reservation with a bank card).

The main purpose of processing personal data is to provide an efficient, comfortable and convenient booking and payment service.

Storage and protection of personal data

The hotel assures the confidentiality of all information provided by Users during the booking process of hotel services.

Information regarding hotel bookings is stored on a server, which ensures reliable information protection.

Personal data should not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was stored.

Access to the personal data of the User who made the reservation is protected.

As a general rule, the Hotel does not disclose or transfer personal data to third parties.

Access to personal data is not granted to a third party if the specified person refuses to assume obligations to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" or cannot ensure them.

The Hotel has the right to transfer the personal data of the User and/or a third party in whose interests the reservation was made, in cases provided for by applicable law; to ensure that third parties perform their functions or provide services to the Hotel and/or Hotel Representatives, in particular to supervisory, law enforcement, judicial bodies, executive and local government bodies, other state bodies; to auditors, insurance companies, intermediaries, appraisers, and other persons, if such functions and services relate to the activities of the Hotel and/or Hotel Representatives; in order to protect its rights and/or the rights of the Hotel Representatives, or to reduce possible (compensation for) losses.

The hotel uses generally accepted standards for technological and operational protection of information and personal data from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.

Since there is no absolutely reliable way to protect information during its storage, processing and transmission in electronic form, the Hotel does not provide a full guarantee of its security.

Use of Cookies and other technologies

To provide quality online booking and payment services, analyze trends, administer the Hotel Website, track Users' movements on the Hotel Website, and collect statistics on Users' visits to the Hotel Website as a whole, the Hotel Website uses cookies or similar technologies.

The Hotel's website stores cookies or similar technologies on the User's device (personal computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, other gadget and/or device, etc.) and uses them.

The hotel guarantees that no advertising service has access to cookies or similar technologies used to organize the booking process.

The Hotel records information about the User's IP address, browser type, time of visiting the Hotel Website, information about the User's navigation of the Hotel Website, as well as his actions on the Hotel Website, which can be used to detect errors in the system, cases of fraud, illegal actions. This information may be collected automatically and is not used to identify the User.

The Hotel bears no responsibility for the information posted on these websites, pages, services belonging to third parties, as well as bears no responsibility for any damages that have arisen and/or may arise to the User in connection with visiting such resources via the specified links.

Other provisions

The Hotel does not bear any responsibility for the functioning of the Hotel Website and does not guarantee that the Hotel Website will operate without interruptions or failures. The Hotel does not guarantee the compatibility of the software of the User's device (personal computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, other gadget and/or device, etc.) with the Hotel Website, and does not bear any responsibility for this.

The Hotel reserves the right to update (change) this privacy policy at any time and if necessary. The new version comes into effect from the moment of publication on the Hotel Website, therefore Users are recommended to periodically review the Hotel Website to obtain up-to-date information on the privacy policy.
