On the first floor of the hotel, we created an island of peace: a space amidst the tourist noise, where you can stop, linger, and immerse yourself in culinary discoveries.
Conversations with a sommelier
For us, wine is not a regular menu item. It has a history, a region, and a character. The guest does not need to demonstrate status or knowledge, just an interest in the taste. After all, everyone knows that wine is a cultural dimension.
Chocolate shop
Chocolate and signature desserts are created here by a talented Odessa chocolatier. The sweets are designed to reveal the taste of wine and create new gastronomic combinations.
